14-day DOA product guarantee.

If one or more of the items you received are damaged, different or not working, you will be protected by this guarantee.

What we will need from you.

1. The order number and item number;

2. A photo or video showing the issue;

3. A photo of the shipping label and original packaging;

4. A detailed description of the content and date.

We will review your claim and contact you if we need more information. If approved, we will arrange a replacement part or a partial refund of the defective product. We will pay for the defective part through a replacement part or a partial refund of the defective product If you any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us, and our customer team will provide you with a complete solution.

Where do I send returns?
For the item, if you need a return, please contact our customer team first. KH Trendy Shop will not be responsible for returned item(s) unless you notify us in advance.

Do I need to return all its components or just the faulty part?
Unless agreed otherwise, you should return the item as well as its original packaging and all its accessories, like batteries, cables, chargers, and other similar items. If any component, accessory or spare part is missing, we will require you to pay for it.

Cancellation
For cancelling an order or change an item which has not been processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders whose parcels have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

What is the refund process?

There are 2 types of refund:

  1. Refund from a dispute. 

Note: When you open a dispute, the dispute will be handled and reviewed by our dispute team, and a refund will not be approved unless an agreement is reached upon negotiation between you and the dispute team, so please make sure that you don’t forget to respond to our dispute team to facilitate the process of your refund.

  1. Refund due to insufficient inventory.

Your order will be cancelled if our procurement team realizes that the supplier is unable to replenish anytime soon, and a refund will be made right away without any dispute.

The refund will be transferred back to your original account if payment was made via Stripe or PayPal. The refund should reflect your account depending on the method of payment.
