Cancellation and Refund Policy
Khtrendyshop.com sticks to the tenet of “quality first, customer foremost”. We have a QA team to check your products before they are packed and sent, but sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take advantage of our cancellation and return policy.
Regarding any problems not mentioned below, please email to contact@khtrendyshop.com including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.
Cancellation Policy
All of our products can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. We cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order once production has already begun. There are no order cancellations accepted once production has begun on any custom or specialty products (items that are not a stock size).
Cancellation before payment
- Log into “My Account” and click on “My Orders”.
2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
3. Click on “Delete this order” and confirm that you want to cancel it.
Cancellation after payment
Please note that we may offer a corresponding cancellation policy or solution to customer’s inquiries based on the different product categories.
- Orders cancelled before shipping will be eligible for a full refund, except for made-to-order products.
- Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Return Policy
We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.
Return a DOA (dead on arrival) item.
If the item arrived broken, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date and follow the procedure for the 14 Days Product Guarantee.
If the item has a high value, we may ask you to return it. Please include all of its accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries & etc., in the returned parcel. If an accessory or component is missing, we will require you to pay for it.
Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped, Lost Items:
- You are eligible for a partial/full refund or free replacement if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. For lost items, we will reship for you if it’s in stock. Or else you will get a refund.
- If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, please do take some necessary photos or videos to illustrate the flaw. Providing the picture of the item itself, its package and the label outside the package and will accelerate the processing procedure effectively.
How can I return the defective item to KH Trendy Shop?
Please contact us before returning a defective item to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. KH Trendy Shop will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Below are some further suggestions and important reminders:
- Keep all the packaging materials and shipping notes, which may be necessary for processing your return request;
- After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we don’t receive this information, we will have to wait until when the product arrives in our warehouse.
- Refunds will be arranged to the same payment method you used to place this order. The maximum amount of refund is the amount that we have received of your payment.
- You can refuse to sign for a package if you notice it is broken or open, but please take a photo of the package and send to us. Accepting a broken or damaged package can affect your return request;
- If you want to avoid paying high import duties on the return package, please avoid selecting an express mail service like DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, and similar ones;
- We can arrange a refund or a replacement of the product after receiving the defective item;
- Please place a note inside the return package by including the following details (this will accelerate your return request):
What we need:
- your order number;
2. the product ID or name and the quantity;
3. a short description of the problem occurred with this product;
Please Note:
- Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address).
- Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number.
- All returned items received must be unused, undamaged and in original package. All the returned item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.
- We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request is not approved or items are returned in unacceptable condition.
- Products can be returned to our China warehouses only. But we do not suggest returning products to our warehouses, because the international shipping cost is high and it takes at least 3 months to arrive at our China Warehouse. Most of them will be lost during the return. Also, most of the returned products will be damaged on the way.
- If you indeed want to return the products, please contact us.
- Please return products within 14 days after receiving products.
Except for the important interpretation, we will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:
- Orders Delayed.
Orders are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from China warehouse.
For some special shipping methods, we cannot deal with your disputes. (See the following important interpretation)
Notes:
Sometimes, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer and make it pending because of insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. It will be much more convenient for clients to contact local post office or go to the post office for delivery.
Sometimes, local tracking numbers may show a sign for delivery, but the end customer claims that the package has not been received. In such cases, we will spare no effort to verify the real situation, which could be a long process (1-2 months), but there is no guarantee that of a positive result.
- Orders not received.
KH Trendy Shop will not deal with the refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
- a) If you do not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary.
- b) Tracking information alert. The tracking information shows Alert, the reasons are listed as below:
- i) Incorrect/insufficient address.
- ii) No such number.
iii) Unknown recipient.
- iv) Refused.
- v) Do not pick up in time.
- vi) No safe delivery location.
vii) Others.
Notes:
The local distributor will deliver 1-2 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local logistics company or post office for storage in 3 to 5 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, KH Trendy Shop takes no responsibility if products have been lost and will not deal with the refund. The local distributor will deliver 1-2 times according to the actual situation. If it is still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local logistics company or post office for storage in 3 to 5 days. Meanwhile, you need to pick up the package by themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender, our logistics company. During the return, KH Trendy Shop takes no responsibility if products have been lost and will not deal with the refund.
KH Trendy Shop will not be able to provide a refund or resend service if you do not process the undelivered order or package destroyed by the logistics company.
- Products Damaged.
KH Trendy Shop offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
KH Trendy Shop offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
Notes:
- For fragile products, a refund is highly recommended.
- For damaged packing boxes, KH Trendy Shop cannot offer any refunds or other after-sale services due to the long-distance international delivery.
- For ordinary, electronic products, you shall complain or open a dispute to us within 14 days after packages are delivered.
- Incorrect or Missing Products.
KH Trendy Shop has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. We will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
- For incorrect products, we offers a full refund or replacement.
- For products with the wrong color, size which doesn’t affect product function, etc., we offers a refund or resend if you provide a screenshot/proof of your complaint, including a detailed description of the content and date.
- For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, we will resend the product only.
- For accessories, we will resend the accessories.
Notes:
For size problem, we will appreciate it a lot if you can measure the product according to the correct measurement method and provide us the photo of measurement. Then, our dispute team will deal with your disputes quickly.
- Orders Cancellation.
For orders cancellation, KH Trendy Shop offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses.
- After payment, POD orders cannot be cancelled as it is customized.
- After payment, preorder inventory orders cannot be cancelled as it is special products and only available for you.
- After payment, video and photo orders cannot be cancelled as we have planned and prepared for you after payment.
Important Interpretation
- Deadline of Opening Dispute.
You cannot open a dispute if the order status is closed. Your dispute cannot be resolved when tracking information from a third party is untraceable.
- Force Majeure.
KH Trendy Shop takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection, etc. However, we will notify you by Email, Line, WhatsApp etc.
- Unacceptable Disputes.
KH Trendy Shop shall not accept any unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
- The buyer does not like it.
- The product description is not real.
- Products smell unusual.
- The buyer ordered the wrong items.
- The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
- Product difference was negotiated in advance.
- Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
